1. Owner

In compliance with art. 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), this platform is owned by Alejandro Leon, tax ID 36579730R, address C/ Santa Elena, 10, 08001 Barcelona (España), contact email alexleonleon@gmail.com.

2. Purpose

Kastor is a background-casting management platform provided as a service to agencies. The terms applicable to each agency are set out in its service agreement; the use of the platform by extras is governed by this notice and by the privacy policy.

3. Use of the platform

Users undertake to provide truthful information and not to use the platform for purposes other than casting management. The owner may suspend accounts that breach these terms or make fraudulent use of the service.

4. Intellectual property

The software, design and contents of the platform are owned by Alejandro Leon or its licensors. The photographs and data uploaded by users remain theirs: they are only used for the purposes described in the privacy policy.

5. Liability

The owner works to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee the total absence of interruptions. The relationship between extras and agencies (call-ups, payments, shooting conditions) is outside the platform and is governed by the agreements between both parties.

6. Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
